- On arrival at the Bagdogra airport / NJP station, our chauffeur will welcome your presence and as the journey begins, he will brief you about your travel’s itinerary.
- Embark on a 3-hour drive to reach Darjeeling.
- Enroute halt for lunch before reaching to Darjeeling.
- Upon reaching the hotel, check in and relax. The rest of the day will be at your will to explore.
We recommend you take a stroll towards Chowrasta in the evening. It is the fashionable place of assembly for residents and visitors. Explore the vibrant place surrounded with tea stalls, coffee shops, restaurant and shops around.
- To witness the mesmerizing rising of the sun from the Tiger hill, one must start early. The pickup will arive at the hotel by 4 am. After capturing and cherishing the moment at Tiger hill, the next stop is Ghoom Monastery and Batasay loop.
- After these 3 sightings, the driver will drop you back to the hotel where you can catch up with the breakfast you missed.
- After breakfast, we will resume our expedition.
- Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Heritage Museum, Japanese Peace pagoda, Tenzing and Gombu rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center.
- After breakfast at the hotel, the cab will arrive at 8: 30 am for pick up.
- Today we head towards Mirik. It is 40 km away from Darjeeling.
- The day will be enriched with views of snow-capped mountains, tall pine trees, lakes and tea gardens.
- Places we visit are: Mirik lake, Tea Garden (gopal dhara), Nepal Border market (if open), Simana viewpoint, Pine tree forest lepcha jagat.
- The town is a popular destination for nature lovers and those seeking tranquillity, offering activities like boating, horse riding and exploring the famous tea gardens.
- After the day’s expedition we return back to the hotel.
- Today expedition will be filled with adventure and thrill-seeking activities as we head towards Kalimpong.
- On the way we halt at Teesta for white water rafting. Enjoy and pass through shoots of huge rapids under the safety of higly trained raft guides.
- After a halt for a day’s lunch, we resume our expediton towards Deolo hill.
One can hop on a parachute and get an aerial view of the surrounding villages of Relli valley and Teesta River along with the town of Kalimpong.
- Rest of the places to visit are Science centre and Pine View Nursery.
After touring for the day, we drop you back to the hotel. Spent the evening strolling the local market. If you wish, buy Handmade souvenirs, magnets and crafted gifts from markets and shops around.
It is the day when you say goodbye to giant mountains of Kalimpong and head back to the plains. Have a good meal , pack your bags and take care of your stuff while you travel.
